Hello, I'm excited to connect with you. I'd like to first share some information about myself so that you know who you are connecting with and be able to make a more informed opinion. I am a Master Business Strategist and the CEO Of PPICW, Incorporated which is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. PPICW is an award-winning, certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) specializing in program development , supplier development and training, as well as business and executive coaching. I've built my 30-year entrepreneurial career on serving, educating and mentoring small and diverse businesses.
I love creating experiences and platforms for women of color, small business owners. My mission is to help you gain access to opportunities for diverse suppliers with corporations who are looking to procure the products and services you offer. MogulCon is just that platform. A 3-Day experience that attracts hundreds of women of color that are looking to grow and scale their businesses globally.
I say all this because I too had aspirations of becoming a business-owner at a very young age. Taking advice from my father, great-grandmother and uncles, who were all profitable business owners, I began my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19. You will often here me say "entrepreneurship is in my DNA". By the time I was 20, I was blessed to have my first 6-figure business, United Helping Hands, a durable medical equipment business that served terminally ill patients. From there I sold the business and became a real estate investor which gave me the investment capital to become a multi-million dollar serial entrepreneur. I then launched businesses in real estate and technology, raised millions of dollars in capital for small businesses, took products to market in retail and big box stores and launched a global logistics company. I share this because it's important for any business coach you choose to have a reference point so they can truly help you become successful.
As an authority on entrepreneurship, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with major brands such as Delta Air Lines, Microsoft, IKEA, State Farm, Wells Fargo, East West Bank, PopChips and The Small Business Administration to name a few.
I am a member of The Forbes Coaches Council and have been featured in The Huffington Post, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Rolling Out, Sheen, Black Enterprise and Upscale Magazines, CBS Better Mornings, BET, FOX and many other media outlets. Felicia has had the pleasure of working with Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy, The University of Phoenix, The Urban League of Greater Atlanta’s Entrepreneurship Center, Fulton County, City of Atlanta, The Environmental Protection Agency, Green For All, and many other organizations.
I received The Phoenix Award by City of Atlanta Mayor, Kasim Reed, the 2015 Connector Award, and the 2016 InfluenceHer Award. I have also been recognized in Who's Who in Black Atlanta and my company PPICW, Inc. received the 2018 Class I Supplier of the Year Award by the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council and the 2019 Class I Regional Supplier of the Year from the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council.
As a wife, mother and accomplished business leader, I understand the difficult balance women and entrepreneurs in general face. Just know that I am committed to helping birth your vision and manifest your dreams of success.
